www.kiloreserve.com (the “Website”) is a website operated by Kilo Reserve LLC (“Kilo Reserve,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a North Carolina limited liability company. Kilo Reserve operates a digital investment platform through the Website enabling individuals to purchase and securely store physical copper and other physical commodities. As such, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information transparently and securely.

- SMS Communications – If you choose to receive text messages (SMS) from Kilo Reserve, you acknowledge and agree that message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance..We do not sell or share mobile numbers, SMS consent, or message data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share this information only with service providers as necessary to operate our SMS program and to fulfill your requests.
E. Information Storage and retention
- We may process your personal information on a server located outside the country where you live, and such personal information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
