Applies To: All Accounts opened with Kilo Reserve
1. General
This Fee Schedule sets forth the rates and amounts applicable to fees charged in connection with Accounts and the Services. Fees may include storage fees, minimum monthly servicing fees, transaction spreads, delivery and handling fees, payment method processing fees, wire transfer fees, late fees, dormancy fees, and other charges. Fees are earned when incurred, are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Customer Agreement, and may be deducted automatically from Account balances.
2. Storage Fees
Storage fees are charged for Commodities held in custody. Storage fees accrue daily and are billed monthly. If sufficient cash is not available, fees may be charged to the payment method on file, and if no accepted payment method is available, Kilo Reserve may liquidate a portion of the Client’s Commodity holdings to satisfy such fees, as permitted by the Customer Agreement.
2.1 Copper
Annual Storage Fee (Copper): 1% per year, billed monthly
2.2 Other Metals
Annual Storage Fee (Other Metals):
The annual storage fee for each additional metal offered by Kilo Reserve shall be the rate published by Kilo Reserve on the Website or Platform for that specific metal from time to time.
3. Minimum Monthly Servicing Fee
Accounts are subject to a minimum monthly servicing fee. If calculated storage fees for a given period are less than the applicable minimum monthly servicing fee, the Client will be charged the difference.
3.1 Copper
Minimum Monthly Servicing Fee (Copper Accounts): $5 per month per Account
3.2 Other Metals
Minimum Monthly Servicing Fee (Other Metals):
Kilo Reserve may establish and publish different minimum monthly servicing fees for other metals from time to time.
4. Transaction Pricing / Spread
Transaction spreads are variable and are incorporated into quoted buy and sell prices at the time of transaction. The applicable spread is reflected in the difference between the buy and sell prices shown or quoted at the time of the transaction.
5. Payment Method and Funding Fees
ACH Withdrawal Fee: $25
Wire Withdrawal Fee: $25
Credit / Debit Card Processing Fee: 3.99%
These fees may apply depending on the payment method used and are part of the fee categories contemplated by the Customer Agreement, though the agreement does not fix the amounts.
6. Delivery and Physical Withdrawal Fees
Physical delivery is available only in the applicable Commercial Quantity. All delivery-related costs are payable by the Client. Kilo Reserve may provide estimates where practicable, but final delivery costs may vary. Estimated delivery costs must be pre-funded before release of Commodities.
7. Failed, Reversed, or Dishonored Payment Fees
Returned ACH / Failed Payment Fee: $25
If any payment is returned, reversed, dishonored, disputed, or otherwise fails to clear, the Client remains liable for resulting losses, costs, and expenses.
8. Cancelled Order Fee
Cancellation Fee: $0 per cancelled Order, plus any Market Loss where applicable.
If an Order is cancelled in circumstances covered by the Customer Agreement, the Client may be responsible for Market Loss plus any applicable cancellation fee set forth in this Fee Schedule.
9. Late Fees and Interest
Any amounts owed by the Client and not paid when due shall accrue interest at the lesser of:
- 18% per annum, or
- the maximum rate permitted by Applicable Law,
calculated daily from the due date until paid in full.
10. Dormancy Fees
An Account may be deemed inactive if there has been no Client-initiated transaction or login activity for 36 consecutive months. Kilo Reserve may impose dormancy fees on inactive accounts as set forth in this Fee Schedule.
Dormancy Fee: $5 per month or per quarter
Reactivation Fee: $25
11. Taxes
All fees and charges are exclusive of taxes, duties, tariffs, levies, VAT, sales taxes, use taxes, excise taxes, and other governmental charges. The Client is responsible for such amounts except to the extent Kilo Reserve is required by law to withhold or collect them.
12. Changes to This Fee Schedule
Kilo Reserve may revise this Fee Schedule from time to time. Changes will be published on the Website and will take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice to Clients, except where immediate changes are required by Applicable Law or to address urgent compliance or operational concerns.
